Important Security Information

Memoria uses end-to-end encryption. Your passphrase is used to encrypt your data on your device before it reaches our servers.

We cannot access, view, or recover your passphrase. This is a security feature, not a limitation.

What This Means

If you forget your passphrase, your encrypted data cannot be recovered
We do not have password reset functionality by design
Support staff cannot access your encrypted vault

Best Practices for Your Passphrase

• Store it in a secure password manager
• Write it down and keep it in a safe place
• Share it with a trusted person (encrypted)
• Never share it over email or messaging apps
